What brewing methods work best with our coffee?

Our coffee is versatile and performs exceptionally well with various brewing methods, including:

What is the recommended coffee-to-water ratio?

For the best flavor, we recommend a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio—one part coffee to sixteen parts water. A standard guideline is:
- Pour-Over & Drip Coffee: 1-2 tablespoons (15-30g) of coffee per 8oz (240ml) of water.
- French Press: 1:15 ratio (e.g., 30g coffee for 450ml water).
- Espresso: A standard shot follows a 1:2 ratio—18g of coffee yielding 36g of liquid espresso.

How fresh is our coffee when shipped?

We roast our coffee in small batches and do not keep a large inventory. We ship it within days of roasting to ensure optimal freshness. For the best experience, we recommend consuming our coffee within 2-4 weeks of receiving it.

Is our coffee organic?

Yes, our coffee is organically grown, without synthetic pesticides or chemicals. We prioritize sustainable farming and natural processing methods to preserve both quality and environmental integrity.
